Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that fragile glassware or stationery is well-protected for the return journey.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
